Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel has great amenities like pools and a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast could use more variety and better quality, but the staff was very accommodating. Despite a few minor issues, it was still a good value for the price.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and included a nice balcony that overlooked the pool area. However, the layout was a bit odd, with the bathroom sink visible right away upon entering.

The staff truly cared about their guests. They were friendly and took the time to accommodate our requests, which made a significant difference.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently located just off the main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions and eateries without being in the middle of traffic.
Dining
5.0
While the breakfast had a decent variety, it primarily consisted of items that required reheating in the microwave, and I would have preferred fresher options.

The hotel had a great pool area that was clean and well-maintained. It was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a relaxing space to unwind.

5.8/10

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was older and had a bit of a tired feel, but the view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the ferris wheel and the mountains. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, and there were definitely some maintenance problems that took away from my stay. Overall, while the location is great and there are some nice amenities, I would think twice before booking again.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt very run-down with dirt and old wallpaper peeling from the walls. However, the view from the balcony facing the ferris wheel and mountains was beautiful.
Service
7.0
The staff were accommodating and friendly, which was a positive aspect during my stay.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were pretty sad, lacking variety and quality. It definitely could be improved.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool area was enjoyable, the overall facilities felt dated and in need of TLC.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and clean—definitely more than I expected. The breakfast was pretty good, and I loved the lovely outdoor eating area. However, the beds were a little too firm for my liking, and there were some noise disturbances from the room above. Overall, I would definitely come back!

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel had cleanliness issues and the breakfast was lackluster, offering mostly processed items. However, the staff did attempt to help with some issues, and the rooms were spacious despite the moldy smell. Given the price, it felt like a poor value for the experience I had.

Rooms

The room was spacious but had a strong musty smell that made it uncomfortable.
